Many families in Hong Kong, especially those living in the old part of town, still uses propane stoves for cooking. You will see delivery man riding on bicycle with 5 or even 8 propane tanks skillfully stacked. Then again, at the end, it comes down to brute human force to carry it up the stairs one by one.
